For who already got exhausted with hot weather, here comes a suggestion about how to fight this hot & sweaty summer in Seoul.

Naeng Myeon 냉면 (Korean style cold noodles)

Many Koreans love Naeng Myun during the summer season even though it was started as a wintertime quisine in Northern part of Korea.

Naeng Myeon surely has so many variations but usually there are two kinds of Naeng Myeon;

Mul Naeng Myeon comes with buckwheat noodles and tangy iced broth and BiBim Naeng Myeon is more like a salad noodle with hot and spicy chilli sauce.

Commonly, Naeng Myeon is recognized with a food to be eaten with Mandoo (Korean Dumpling),

but many Korean BBQ restaurant serve Naeng Myeon as an entrée.

Originated in Sillim-dong, finally opened its second store in KangNam lately.

Since KangNam bears a lot of English leaning institutes, it's not hard for tourists to mingle into this area.

Ain't Seoul attractive to you?

There's only one book that I would say a helpful Seoul city guide. It's lonely planet Seoul City Guide.
They do have visually powerful photoes, easy-to-read layout and updated info.

Apparently there's another book I want to check for reference if I start to write travel guide,

Timeout guidebooks carry a fine collection of famous cities in the world such as Tokyo, Shanghai but no Seoul book.
It could be an opportunity for whom trying to publish Seoul guide book, but at the same time it's frustrating.
Why are books about Seoul so rare in English?!

Seriously, isn't Seoul attractive enough to urge people to visit?
