Let's Beat the Heat!

For who already got exhausted with hot weather, here comes a suggestion about how to fight this hot & sweaty summer in Seoul.



Naeng Myeon 냉면 (Korean style cold noodles)

Many Koreans love Naeng Myun during the summer season even though it was started as a wintertime quisine in Northern part of Korea.

Naeng Myeon surely has so many variations but usually there are two kinds of Naeng Myeon;

Mul Naeng Myeon comes with buckwheat noodles and tangy iced broth and BiBim Naeng Myeon is more like a salad noodle with hot and spicy chilli sauce.

Commonly, Naeng Myeon is recognized with a food to be eaten with Mandoo (Korean Dumpling),
but many Korean BBQ restaurant serve Naeng Myeon as an entrée.
